Vidya leading a healthier lifestyles by losing weight.

In a recent interview with Vidya Balan she talked about her losing weight and getting a better and healthier lifestyles. By her New looks and after losing weight Post 'Paa' and 'Ishqiya' Vidya Balan has become 'Hot cake' in Bollywood. 

She also thanked God for being too kind to her these days. She said that "I am being offered roles where I can learn a lot, as well as strain myself to get the actor out of me."

She also said about her losing weight: "You know, after years of torturing myself, I have finally trying to lead a better and healthier lifestyle." and further explained that "In order to lose weight, I used to starve myself for 12-14 hours at a stretch; didn't sleep enough."

"Now I eat every two hours; sleep for eight hours when I can or at least 5-6 hours when shooting. You know, there's a myth that sleep makes you fat. But I can now confidently say 'Sleep to lose weight'. Sleep is a very very important part of being fit."

"I generally work out 4-5 times a week for 45 minutes to an hour. Mostly I do calisthenics (strength training); at times I run on the beach or jog on the spot. The funda is to enjoy your sweating out."

This day of Thursday is a special for Shahid Kapoor as he is going to be 29 today. Its being reported that at his birthday party he will be having a special friend which was secretly planned by Director Siddharth Malhotra. The director prepared the list of the guest with the help of Mubina Rattonsey. But when our Shahid listened about this surprise party he requested the director to add on eof his friend to the list i.e. Deepika Padukone.

its also been reported that this year is a great start for Shahid and he is in the mood to celebrate it huge with his Birthday. Kashmera also does not hesitated in the presence of veteran actors like Satish Kaushik and Seema Biswas and added “The reality is- they (actors) don't even have a single script in their hand!”

“I don't know why some actors do things like that, I mean, what's the reason?”

Kash went on and said “Talking about myself, I get only 2-3 projects in a year but let me tell you they are substantial projects. Moreover, I'm proud that at least I don't lie like other stars do.”  She also said that “I don't want to take their names as everybody knows about them!” 

These all showed the real cheap things that are used by the actors in the Bollywood to come up in the fame and publicity. Hope they do so by giving their better performance on the screen for which they are really meant for.

Hot Bollywood Mourning for Nirmal Pandey

Nirmal Pandey who came in picture with the film “Bandit Queen” died of a heart attack this Thursday and the whole film industry is mourning for him. Superstar Shah Rukh Khan said that he would have loved to work more with Nirmal, while veteran actor Anupam Kher says he was fond of his "casual stance towards life".

SRK also posted on the micro-blogging site Twitter that "Will miss Nirmal Pandey. Great talent. May his soul rest in peace. Simple and a nice guy. Wonderfully quirky actor. Wish had worked with him more." 

Nirmal was associated with London-based theatre group Tara, and did plays like "Heer Ranjha", and "Antigone". He also acted in around 125 plays. He got in fame from his big break in Shekhar Kapur's acclaimed film "Bandit Queen" (1996) and in the same year featured in Amol Palekar's "Daayra" and Sudhir Mishra's "Is Raat Ki Subah Nahi". In 1998, he did "Train To Pakistan" and next year featured in "Hum Tum Pe Marte Hain".

Anupam Kher, posted: "I'm so shocked and sad at the sudden death of Nirmal Pandey. He was a wonderful actor. I liked his casual stance towards life. Sad. RIP (rest in peace)."

Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar says Pandey will always be remembered for his performances."Nirmal Pandey, who was a great actor and gave some memorable performances, passed away. He will always be there in our hearts... May his soul rest in peace,"

Riteish Deshmukh says "we lost a good actor" and
Lara Dutta has offered "condolences and prayers to his family".

Shahrukh happy with the types of films he is doing

Shahrukh seems to be happy with the types of films he is doing now. Although the king Khan is dying to see Anil Kapoor's performance in "24", he is not ready to come to Hollywood as he is quite happy with his films. He also adds up that "I've never been offered anything, " in an interview.
According to him, "You need to work much harder and prove your mettle a longer time maybe to come in to a different world with a different language like Anil has done, ". "I don't know if I've got what it takes. I've never been offered something...I won't lie. I'm quite happy doing the films I do."

King Khan says that Anil Kapoor is the finest, most conscientious, hard-working actors and among the one who helped him in his initial days of his career.

For his future plans He said that "in terms of films, I haven't worked for a year because of my injury. I think by end of February, I should be nearly fit. I guess by March I would like to start a film, which is titled 'Ra. One'. Then I think I'll shift on to 'Don 2', which starts sometime in September, I think."
He also adds up that he wants to do all types of films which may be for kids or for adults.
